As on date, no other individual or legal entity is authorized to distribute my contents on Mobile Operator Networks and …..Limited Company is the only legally authorized representative of all my content.

The distribution rights include ALL the Mobile Telephony Bearers including but not limited to WAP/3G/Data/SMS/Internet download and any other technology facilitating the mobile telephony subscribers to access and or utilize the digital content of my musical work by way of Ringtones, Song Clips, Voice Prompts/Clips Ring back tones, Video Clips and/or any other digital/media distribution mechanism over the telecom networks.

We hereby authorize………Tanzania Limited to enter into redistribution contact with any third party for sale/distribution of my musical works using Mobile Telephony
